Order Processing Schedule and Guidelines
Objective: Ensure efficient and timely processing of orders by communicating and adhering to the designated processing schedule, providing clarity to clients regarding the processing time frame for orders submitted after 1pm EST.
NOTE:
All orders are processed at 8am and 1pm EST, Monday through Friday. Any orders that comes in after 1pm EST get processed the next printing day. So if clients request us to process orders after 1pm, we tell them it will be processed the next printing day.
